Warranty Terms

2.1 Warranty Coverage

   - The product is covered by a limited warranty for a specified period  (12-36 months as per invoicing) from the date of purchase.

   - The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

   - The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser invoicing.

 

2.2 Warranty Exclusions

   - The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or improper installation.

   - It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, water, or other external factors beyond the manufacturer's control.

   - The warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries or cables, unless explicitly stated.

- The warranty does not cover damage from any disaster like high voltage fluctuations and unregulated power supply damage.

2.3 Warranty Claim Process:  

   - In case of a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and the product's serial number. Log your complaint for any issues with a T.A.T.  72 Working hours.

   - Contact the manufacturer's customer support or authorized service center to initiate the warranty claim process.

   - Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or refund.

2.4 Repair or Replacement

   - If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

   - The manufacturer may use new or refurbished parts or products for repair or replacement.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

   - The manufacturer's liability under the warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as specified in these terms.

   - The manufacturer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

If any product negligence found during servicing that would be chargeable as per the conditions and spares. Depends on the conditions of product and scheduling.
