RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your Dealership. We hope you are happy with our the dealership. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our Dealership for any reason, if you may decide to return all Ab sales material and along with dealership, please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.
RETURNS
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. And If any discrepancies found that would be counted as deduction in refunding amount against their retail values.
Before Returning confirm the shipment courier on mail absales91@gmail.com. and once you get confirmation then only send material to our Ludhiana Office.

RETURN PROCESS
To return your dealership material as details is given below:-

Please email our customer service at absales91@gmail.com for approval with all documents.

After approval the refund process will start after receiving material as per dispatch . And it normally takes 15-21 Working days.

Your investment amount is released after completing this process and receiving the ab sales branding material and samples kit like leaflet modules and other etc.

Payment will refunded in same account by which the payment received . And we take time to get a fresh dealer in your area only after that your payment will be refunded or we take max. 3 months for refunding amount .

Refund is applicable 40 % of total investment exclusive GST and Packing and Transportation and branding cost for the dealer as you are aware. Once we get a dealer for any particular city we do promotional campaigns for that area and invest almost 50 % amount of dealership for the promotion of that dealer in that area. So we are not refunding the promotional cost of that dealers. Payment will be released after checking the material.
